IntePros is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with experience specific to Workday Recruitment and Onboarding to join our highly recognized healthcare client in Philadelphia, PA. This person will support organizational change by defining needs, recommending solutions, and supporting project management activities for key initiatives. The ideal candidate should have Workday Human Capital Management experience and preferably a Workday EM/PM certification.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project elements including business case development, requirements elicitation and analysis, communication, testing, and training.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic and support plans.
- Lead request for proposal (RFP) activities, including developing functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria and scoring results, demo scenarios, and scoring results.
- Oversee the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, test plans, cases, scripts, management, and approvals.
- Support the execution of process improvement initiatives by creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
- Facilitate the creation and use of measurement activities required to report on project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other success metrics.
- Assist in project documentation management based on the needs of each project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to improve project and program delivery quality.
- Assist in the education and promotion of methodologies and processes to stakeholders across the institute.
- Engage in ongoing learning and training related to business analysis, project management, and stakeholder activities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.
- Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines.
- Intermediate knowledge of change management principles.
- Intermediate understanding of healthcare or research operations and systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of risk management principles.
- Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and principles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
- Required- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five (5) years of business analysis experience.
- Preferred Education: Advanced degree in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
