Position Responsibilities:
1. Establish cross-border e-commerce channel operation models, process systems, and improve the online operation system.
2. Develop annual operation plans for the platform based on the company's sales goals, and be responsible for channel operation management, market planning, etc., accountable for the platform's sales performance.
3. Formulate promotion plans and activities for the company's products on cross-border e-commerce platforms.
4. Monitor and evaluate competitors' promotional and marketing activities on overseas e-commerce platforms, develop operation strategies, and provide decision-making support for overseas e-commerce business planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Fluency in English & Mandarin required.
3. Familiar with rules and processes of cross-border platforms, well-versed in operational strategies, with over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce projects; successful cases in cross-border e-commerce product operations are preferred.
4. Good understanding of the current situation and industry trends in cross-border e-commerce, proficient in category positioning and creating popular products, with excellent market development experience.
5. Excellent risk mitigation capability, well-acquainted with the relevant legal provisions of cross-border e-commerce.
6. Strong data analysis ability, market insight, and judgment skills.
