We're supporting a global automotive supplier in their search for a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead their chemical and plastic engineering processes for their production facility in Kentucky.
Role:
- Design and develop manufacturing processes to include SMED and Poka-Yoke activities
- Design, development and cost justification for tools, equipment and machinery needed for manufacturing methods
- Fulfil legal requirements (OSHA, EPA etc.)
Requirements:
- Equipment fabrication experience
- Knowledge of Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED)
- Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Experience leading teams in the automotive industry
