We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new Customer Management System for our Paint and Coating manufacturing company. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the AEM implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in program management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategy & Planning
- Develop and support the vision and strategy for the AEM implementation, ensuring it meets business needs and enhances customer experience.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to create and maintain a detailed roadmap for the AEM implementation, focusing on short-term and long-term goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile training sessions for teams involved in the AEM implementation.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to mature the AEM delivery process and optimize project outcomes.
-Acquisition & Deployment
- Promote and support Agile adoption across all project teams involved in the AEM implementation.
- Manage multiple projects, assignments, and priorities simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Determine staffing needs and skills requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet program demands.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the CRM implementation, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, overseeing resource assignments, performance, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
-Operational Management
- Implement and maintain governance processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track the progress of the AEM implementation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing direction, guidance, feedback, and coaching to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Schedule and lead project meetings with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring action items are documented and followed up on.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise-level IT/business experience - required
- 4+ years minimum with Ecommerce Digital Platforms, B2B Environments, and/or Digital Customer Experience (Mobile and Web) - required
- Strong understanding of CMS systems and their implementation
- Proficient in Agile management concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with project management applications (Jira, Confluence, Planview)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable with experimentation and working with new digital technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
