LHH is partnering with a Fort Worth based client looking for an experience C-Suite Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting thenexecutive with a wide range of administrative and personal tasks. This position requires flexibility and availability outside of the normal business day on occasion to support the dynamic needs of our leadership team. You will be a trusted partner, handling confidential information and ensuring that priorities are met with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the executive.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as needed.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for executive, including scheduling appointments and managing personal travel.
- Organize and maintain personal and professional files, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist with household management tasks as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive.
- Research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required/ strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Flexibility to be available outside the standard business hours including evenings and weekends on occasion
