Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Analyst who is passionate about the finance industry to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and assisting with various administrative tasks. There is an opportunity for continued growth and development within our organization along with FINRA license sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and assess the business needs for our ongoing projects.
- Work directly with SME's and technical staff to translate complex processing information into effective requirements.
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- SIE and Series 7 preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
