Regional Sales Manager - TOLA Region (125-150k base, Double OTE) UNCAPPED COMMISSION AND STOCK
Company Overview:
I'm working with a Pre-IPO Series B Cyber vendor that is well backed by one of the hottest VCs. They have utterly unique product in the CyberSecurity space with very limited competition acting as a disruptor in the space.
They doubled their sales team last year and brought on many customers across the US and have a strong set of customers across the Americas. They are now looking to grow out their TOLA Sales team - They already have an SE, SDR and Channel function that would be supporting you in the area.
Role Overview:
My client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the TOLA region. You will be reaching out to Enterprise and Mid-Market companies in the area to close new business as well as managing the existing accounts. You will have support from an SDR and an SE, and be required to attend events in the region with them as well as with the Channel Manager to build out your network.
Requirements:
For this role, you will need:
- Over 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years exceeding quota in an Enterprise sales position.
- Strong cybersecurity experience is essential, selling SaaS solutions for at least 5 of your years in sales.
- Start-up experience is preferred, although driven and top performers from more established companies that have a hunter mindset will be a good fit too.
- High energy, culture is a big thing for this client, and they like people that have a get-up-and-go personality, making things happen from the start.
- Travel around the region to visit customers and attend relevant events.
