Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will provide support to the talent acquisition team members to effectively and efficiently move applicants through the recruiting process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely
Contract position through April 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prescreening, scheduling and coordinating interviews (in-person and video).
- Preparing interview guides.
- Sourcing candidates for positions and participate in recruiting as needed.
- Dispositioning candidates according to OFCCP guidelines.
- Administration of the referrals email box by forwarding referrals to the appropriate recruiter for follow up.
- Partner with other HR team members to coordinate an exceptional new hire experience for new team members, including coordination of drug-screen and other requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related.
- 1 year of prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
