What your day will look like:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities and future projects.
- Working with other sales channels and internal teams to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication, ensuring a cohesive approach to sales.
- Developing relationships within the community to expand the customer base and create more sales opportunities.
- Managing and tracking sales activities efficiently, including participating in sales calls and closing deals.
- Utilizing knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to maximize revenue and close the best opportunities.
- Providing exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty and market share, including gathering feedback on product quality and service levels.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Construction Industry A MUST
- Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of Subcontractors, General Contractors, and design professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Bluebeam software.
- Previous experience in the construction industry required.
- Must be available to travel within region when needed
