Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is integral to expanding market presence in the U.S. and Europe, with a pathway to succeed the CCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth, leading an 8-12 person global team.
- Develop new market opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
- Oversee commercial operations, including budget management and proposal development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in senior commercial roles within CROs.
- Strong leadership, strategic, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth in clinical research.
Location: Ideally based in EST or CST.
