The Role
As the Sales Representative you will be instrumental in driving sales by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product offerings, focusing on both high-volume clients and bespoke requests.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and align our products and services accordingly.
• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through a wide array of channels.
• Ensure all client questions or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining a professional attitude that reflects the company's commitment to quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback, and refine sales strategies.
• Attend meetings and events to network and promote the company's innovative solutions.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide regular sales reports to management outlining successes, challenges, and areas for growth.
Sales Representative Requirements
• Proven sales experience, preferably in corrugate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction.
