Plant Manager - Food Manufacturing Facility in Indiana
Our client is seeking a Plant Manager for their largest food manufacturing facility, overseeing 200+ employees with an additional 80 coming from a green field expansion. This role manages a P&L over $100M and leads all plant operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production operations and scheduling.
- Implement strategies to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Manage plant personnel and capital projects.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Oversee facility maintenance and preventive practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, safety standards, and problem-solving skills.
