Currently, StaffBright has an exciting new opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager with a long-time client located in Twinsburg, OH. This role requires 5+ years of experience within a supply chain related role, leadership, and fastener components.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the Supply Chain Services team, including Material Planners, Analysts, and Traffic and Forecasting specialists.
- Optimize, develop, and maintain supply chain and operations processes.
- Oversee forecasting, planning, and coordination of product change management.
What We'll Need From You:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Required experience in fasteners.
- Ability to remain flexible and manage crises effectively while maintaining performance under
- Experience in managing and coaching teams.
- Proficiency in planning and inventory management, along with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP
