As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by generating new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be selling our staffing services to mid- to large-size Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics companies.
Should have Staffing Industry experience focusing on Light Industrial client.
The Day to Day:
Work closely with new and existing clients to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements.
Perform all aspects of the sales process, including building new relationships, nurturing existing ones, addressing client questions and concerns, and devising innovative solutions to support and enhance their staffing needs.
Schedule and conduct client meetings through phone calls and in-person visits and utilize various technological resources.
Utilize a CRM system to effectively organize and manage a client and prospect pipeline.
Qualifications:
**Must have prior staffing experience
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person, make clients eager to engage with you.
