Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Pay: $82K

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for our Client in Plano, TX. This individual will support the administration of employee and retiree benefits, leave of absence programs, workers' compensation, annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and compensation programs. This role also involves assisting with HR information systems and maintaining records for the Compensation and benefits team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for leave programs and related policies (FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Military Leave, ADA, etc.).
- Partner with the team on annual benefits enrollment and compensation-related tasks, including salary reviews, promotions, and job descriptions.
- Update and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Assist in compensation studies and surveys; analyze data and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, events, and wellness programs.
- Manage benefits administration, including payroll reconciliations, vendor payments, and employee inquiries.
- Guide benefits eligibility and coverage; conduct new hire orientations and training.
- Support HRIS activities, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with setups and testing.
- Contribute to special projects within the Compensation & Benefits team as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- Must have previous HRIS experience
- Knowledge of all state/federal laws related to compensation, benefits, and welfare programs, a general understanding of human resources laws/practices including but not limited to HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and USERRA, and a solid understanding of benefit plan design and policy
