They can still consider junior candidates depending on their experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records. They are also open to candidates with backgrounds in different areas of defense litigation.
About the role:
- This role will involve working closely with one of the named partners.
- Responsibilities include handling negligence-related cases and representing clients from transportation companies, railroad companies, and nursing homes.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records (highly important)
- Managing docketing processes
- Filing documents in state and federal courts
- Utilizing document databases (e.g., DISCO)
- Drafting various legal documents
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with clients
Work setup: On-site in the Dallas office with flexibility to WFH occasionally as needed
