About the Position: We are looking for an experienced and proactive .NET Team Lead to guide our development team through the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. The successful candidate will possess a blend of hands-on development skills, architecture design experience, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Tech Lead with architecture experience – this person must have experience building applications/frameworks grounds up. We need a hands-on person who will also be involved in solution design and architecture conversations. Cloud experience will be good to have.
- Senior developer – very solid developer with experience in .NET, SQL, React.
- Domain expert with deep understanding of how CDO/CLO ecosystem works.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and priorities.
- Drive the architecture and design of new features and systems from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in the coding, reviewing, and testing of applications to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and evaluate modern technologies for adoption into the development process.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to foster high standards of code quality.
- Communicate regularly with executive management and other departments to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, encouraging innovation, and supporting the company’s technical vision.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices in software development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in cloud computing and cloud architecture, preferably with experience in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Demonstrated ability in architectural design and the implementation of scalable, high-performing applications.
- Excellent team leadership skills, with experience mentoring developers and leading projects.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and effective communication across all levels of an organization.
