Learning & Development Specialist
In office Monday through Friday - Omaha, NE
Learning & Development - Healthcare Division
- Plan and schedule new hire training prior to planned to start dates
- Deliver early onboarding training programs to new hires at all levels, including but not limited to:
- Induction training on day 1
- Systems training
- Process training
- People and culture training
- Presentation of training material using a variety of techniques such as: classroom-based eLearning, lectures, simulations, group activities/exercises, role-plays, team discussions, videos, etc.
- Performance management tracking for new hires
- KPI and productivity setting and tracking
- Delivering developmental feedback
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment, BD or AM experience within healthcare staffing
- 1 + year of Learning & Development or Training experience preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and organization skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
