Scientific Communications & Publications Lead - Permanent - Remote
Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Scientific Communications & Publications Lead with a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company. This company works across therapeutic areas such as hematology, neurology, and cardiometabolic.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an AD of Global Scientific Communications, you will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to oversee the publication, medical education, and congress/symposia planning, timeline, and overall process.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech or medical communication space.
- Advanced degree required: PhD, PharmD, or MD.
- Must be skilled in writing and editing scientific publication deliverables.
- This role is hybrid with flexible working hours.
- CMPP certification highly desired.
The Scientific Communications & Publications Lead's responsibilities will be:
- Actively involved in the development of scientific publication planning (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks, oral presentations etc.) for indicated diseases and products.
- Participate in the planning and the implementation of medical education plans, as well as congress plans including symposia.
- Work cross functionally with external/internal leaders for overall scientific communication strategy.
- Mange timelines of publication, medical education, and congress planning.
