*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to individuals with communication disorders in various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills including articulation, fluency, and language
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and related fields
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech Therapist
- Experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and standardized testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
