Employee Benefits Account Executive - Insurance - Remote for CALIFORNIA candidates

In this role, you will be helping the Account Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to service and retain clients’ needs and new business opportunities.

What we need from you:
- Experience - You have 5-7+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
- Language - Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Knowledge - Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)
- Software - You are proficient with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
- Licensed - You currently have a Life & Health/Accident License
Your Position:
- Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
- Collaborate with both clients and carriers to maintain relationships
- Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
- Develop professional business relationships with clients
- Research billing and invoicing issues
- Attend various trainings to improve product knowledge and skills
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
