Full Job Description
We are a small but fast-growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability, automobile negligence and construction defect claims. We are looking for a young attorney with 1-3 years of practical experience working in civil defense - preferably in general liability.
This job will offer you a great balance between handling your own cases and helping the partners with larger and more complex ones. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be taught how to do things right.
Ultimately, this job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and highly conscientious about their work. More than anything else though, we want someone who genuinely enjoys working in litigation and wants to put in the time to learn how to do it right!
This job also provides a great work atmosphere that will allow the right attorney to quickly advance in the firm.
The salary will be based on the attorney's practical experience and skill level; however, we pride ourselves on providing very competitive annual raises that larger defense firms cannot match.
