Responsibilities:
Provide patient care by acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians' plan of treatment.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
Provide direction to clinical team members.
Maintain resident confidentiality.
Accurate documentation by the orders provided
