Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties
Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
School schedule 7:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays
Childcare experience required
