Waynesboro Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist in our growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in south central Pennsylvania. Waynesboro Physical Therapy is a Physical Therapist owned, private practice specializing in post-surgical rehab, sports and orthopedic injuries, work/auto related injuries and industrial medicine.

*Job duties:*
-Conduct and complete patient evaluations, re-evaluations and discharges.
-Develop a Plan of Care that is individualized, evidence based and consistent with clinical best practice.
-Continually evaluate the patient’s response to treatments in order to progress towards goals/outcomes and to revise Plan of Care appropriately.
-Create quality documentation
-Demonstrate proficient knowledge of HIPAA regulations relative to the protection of private health information and implement company policy and procedures.
-Participate in the orientation of new staff and students.
-Attend educational programs and in-services
*Requirements:*
-Doctorate or Master of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Critical clinical thinking, broad manual therapy skills and an understanding of the orthopedic patient.
-Preferred experience, but not limited to, Orthopedic, physical and rehabilitation medicine.
-Current CPR Certification.
-Current Physical Therapy license (or license eligible) issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Board of Allied Health.
-An interest to establish yourself as a professional in the community.
