Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Remote

We’re looking for hands-on Senior Enterprise Account Executives in the Chicago and Atlanta markets to create, seize, and grow new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and fuel our go-to-market strategies. The person in this role needs to be ready to take on the challenge of expanding our presence and bringing new exciting clients into the fold.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Self-prospect and identify potential enterprise clients using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and in-person networking. Develop and manage a steady flow of sales-ready leads and opportunities through disciplined CRM management.
- Drive new business engagements by aggressively pursuing opportunities through networking, lead generation, and promoting all service lines within the client.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying key relationships, target opportunities, and potential risks to maximize revenue growth.
- Leverage a consultative approach to understand client needs, advocate Tonic3's value proposition, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Partner with delivery teams to manage complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, ensuring successful sales negotiations, seamless client delivery, and client high satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Sales Professional: With 5+ years as an Account Executive or similar self-starting role, you have a proven track record in selling professional services, or tech solutions and closing large deals.
- Driven: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience, combined with a strong passion for sales and technology.
- Innovative with Strong Business Insight: Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to embrace innovation and apply keen business insights to fuel growth.
- Skilled Communicator and Resilient: Excellent communication skills and resilience are your strengths, allowing you to overcome challenges and maintain focus under pressure.
- Eager Learner and Technology Enthusiast: You are adaptable, always seeking growth opportunities, and have a strong interest in the latest technological trends.
