Job Title: Senior Python Software Engineer
Salary: $190,000 - $230,000
Location: San Francisco, CA
A well funded startup, partnered with multiple Fortune 500 companies is hiring a Senior Software Engineer who has a strong interest in joining the Machine Learning and Generative AI spaces. On a team of 7 you will be building, scaling, and delivering products to clients while using Python, APIs, Distributed Systems, PyTest, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) technologies. If you have experience working with large amounts of data to build scalable products then this role is for you! In this role you will be writing APIs and Product Engineering backend code, building out product features on a day to day basis, while working cross-functionally between teams to build the best large scale distributed systems. Any experience or interest in Large Language Models is a plus. This is a growing team with a lot of professional growth opportunities, Equity, and it provides a highly collaborative working environment in a space where you can make a deep impact within the Machine Learning community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building salable Distributed Systems with Python
- Experience with Rest API and Cloud
- NLP and LLM experience desired, but not required
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PyTorch, or Tensorflow desired but not required
