Billable Hours: Decided at time of offer
Schedule: hybrid 3 days in office with flexibility
Locations: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Dallas, Delaware, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Washington DC
Partnership Track: A-level determined at time of offer, so partnership track is discussed then.

- Band 1 Nationwide for IP, Chambers USA (2012-2023)
Qualifications:
- Any technical degree (electraical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, biology, chemistry, material science, etc)
- 2-5 years of experience practicing patent and/or IP litigation at another law firm
- JD and actively licensed/barred as an attorney in a U.S. jurisdiction
Responsbilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare arguments to present in court.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments.
- Assist in the preparation and management of complex intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Work closely with the litigation group and experts from the prosecution practice groups to build strong cases and provide excellent representation for clients.
