Investigations and Client Relationship Attorney
Our client, a successful niche practice firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an attorney for a unique opportunity. The attorney would be assist in running the investigations and new business development lines for the firm. Prior litigation experience is required with a preference for experience with property damage, subrogation and real estate related matters. Although any insurance defense litigation will be considered. If you are a litigator seeking an alternative career path – this could be an amazing opportunity. Seeking an attorney with 5-6 years of litigation experience. You would identify and develop and/or maintain relationships with quality experts; schedule inspections and work with clients and experts to assess viability of claims and of cases.
Responsibilities:
- Experience dealing with experts; site inspections and investigations.
- Excellent client communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.
- Identify and develop and/or maintain relationships with quality experts.
- JD from a credited law school.
- Some travel is required.
- Team first mentality.
