*Job Description:*
As a Behavior Technician intern, you will undergo a comprehensive 40-hour virtual training program provided by our team. Following training, you will have the opportunity to take the RBT exam within 2-3 weeks. Upon becoming state licensed, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of 18-20 dollars. Your responsibilities will include providing direct ABA therapy to children, implementing personalized treatment plans, and collecting accurate data under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
*Qualifications:*
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Successful completion of a Federal Background check
· Fluency in English
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Reliable transportation
