Role
Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to maintain & develop business across their designated territory.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Nurturing existing accounts
- Onboarding new accounts (and then managing these relationships)
- Increasing market share & sales growth within the designated territory
- Develop key account plans
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of key accounts to proactively identify new business development opportunities & offer relevant solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams
Candidate Requirements
- 5 – 10 years relevant experience
- A strong knowledge of personal care/cosmetic ingredients
- Proven experience onboarding new accounts
- Negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities
