CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our client, Historic Square Agency is a full-service independent insurance agency, offering a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions to protect its clients. For over 50 years, HSA has prided itself on superior customer service, working closely with clients to make informed decisions related to home, auto, business and life insurance options, providing high-value, cost-effective products, and services.
As a result of growth, Historic Square Agency seeks a Property & Casualty Insurance Client Service Representative to join their team. Reporting to the Owners, the Client Service Representative is an integral part of the team, providing exceptional service, and carrier and product knowledge to clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide superior customer service.
- Collect necessary underwriting information to evaluate risks.
- Provide quotes and issue policies.
- Answer phone calls and emails in order to service client accounts.
- Process and review endorsement changes.
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance.
- Develop strong understanding of agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages.
- Establish relationship with clients and carrier representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must either possess, or be willing to obtain, a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
