Our client specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to help businesses efficiently manage their IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and related services, easing the complexities of system management for their clients. They are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our client’s customer, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving the successful adoption of our client’s services. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Client Relationship Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our products/services.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns, and working closely with the technical and product teams to resolve them.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and create tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Client Relationship Manager’s Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous MSP experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
