Account Manager

Working with a global leader in automatic identification and data capture who are looking for an Account Manager to engage in sales and business development activities in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical verticals across the North Carolina region. This position requires a customer centric approach and motivated mentality focused on expanding our footprint in the respective verticals.
The company is well established over 20 years and has approximately 800 employees worldwide across North America & Europe.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Foster ongoing communication with key clients to ensure their satisfaction, gather insights, and drive the progression of projects.
- Oversee the proposal process by leveraging sales resources and best practices, ensuring proposals are delivered on time and aligned with client requirements.
- Showcase the company's strengths and solutions to prospective customers, and represent the organization at industry events.
- Create and implement strategies for business growth and account management, focusing on expanding relationships with important clients.
- Identify and evaluate potential new clients within specific industries and regions to grow the customer base.
