Medix is looking to hire a Clinical Support Specialist to join a growing organization in Plymouth, MN revolutionizing patient care! The Clinical Support Specialist position is to build and nurture strong relationships with patients/customers, serving as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will have the technical ability to train users, resolve technical issues, and have conversations with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor customer accounts, identify potential issues or problems, and work proactively to address them in a timely manner.
- Be available for inbound customer calls and manage 1st line of support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments with customers to gauge satisfaction, identify issues for proper triage.
- Conduct outbound patient calls to support users in topics such as: technical malfunctions, reminders, and response to guides.
- Ensure successful remote onboarding of new customers, providing product training, and guidance to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the product.
- Provide patient training and onboarding remotely (by phone or video meeting), in the clinic, pharmacy, or at the patient’s home as needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting and device replacements.
- Work in accordance with company SOPs and guidelines (e.g., Servicing, Customer Complaints, Returning Products).
Requirements / Experience:
- BA in business or finance (highly preferred)
- Healthcare background (highly preferred)
- Must have strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Exceptional customer service skills/ Empathetic
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 8:00- 4:30 pm
- Travel (30%)
Pay range:
$24-28/hr BOE
