Key Responsibilities:
1、Order Management:
Process and manage sales orders from initial receipt to final delivery.Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
2、Customer Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle complaints in a professional manner.Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3、Coordination with Chinese Team:
Communicate effectively with colleagues in China to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2、Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in an international setting.3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4、Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.5、Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6、Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (due to the need to communicate with the team in China).7、Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication with colleagues in different time zones.
