As a Wiring Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems. Your responsibilities will focus on the precise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wiring systems that support our critical operations, safeguarding the seamless functionality of our infrastructure and manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities

- Wiring Installation and Maintenance: Utilize hand tools for cutting, stripping, and terminating control power wiring, and power tools for drilling, cutting, tapping, and riveting electrical assemblies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a team to install and maintain advanced wiring platforms, ensuring adherence to industry standards and operational requirements.
- Follow Detailed Schematics: Accurately interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics to execute tasks to precise specifications, ensuring optimal performance of critical systems.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain rigorous housekeeping standards and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Efficiency and Quality: Execute tasks efficiently while prioritizing safety, quality, and production standards in a high-stakes environment.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the management team to support overall operational goals.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in the electrical field with a focus on wiring systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical wiring and installation in critical facilities.
- Licensing: A recent or current electrician's license is preferred.
- Educational Background: An Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with LV/MV switchgear, control panels, and infrastructure, including installation and maintenance, is highly desirable.
