Position Title: Area Operations Manager
Department: Post-Construction Cleaning Division
Reports To: Post Construction Division Director
Hours: 7 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Area Operations Manager for the Post-Construction Division is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of post-construction cleaning operations within their assigned clients. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality cleaning services, efficient resource management, and excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of post-construction cleaning projects within the assigned area.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership:
- Train and manage a team of supervisors, cleaners, and subcontractors.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of labor, equipment, and supplies to meet project requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Use data and analytics to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or construction industry.
- Spanish Speaking required.
- Strong understanding of post-construction cleaning processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- OSHA Certification required.
