Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Assignment Details (): Board Certified required
Active New York license, will accept provider needing to obtain a license
BLS and ACLS certification required
COVID Vaccine required
Must be available for all dates
Outpatient patients per day -18
EMR: Aria
Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, SBRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
