The Manager Talent Acquisition is a first-level manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of recruiting efforts for the company. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, leading a team, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This position is located at the Dallas corporate location. Not a remote position.
- Lead, develop, and maintain a diverse and talented pipeline for recruiting.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the organization's visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Partner with internal departments to determine recruiting needs and strategies.
- Develop recruiting goals for individual units.
- Conduct interviews to identify strong candidates.
- Train hiring managers, recruiters, and HR staff.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including attending and planning events.
- Establish Dal-Tile as the employer of choice with focus of diversity outreach.
- Coach hiring managers on interview questions and refresh them on the legalities involved with interviewing.
- Ensure that all applicants are in the tracking system for EEO/AA tracking.
- Identify and implement improvements that could be made to the programs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.
