*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions. The FNP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
*Duties*
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including pediatrics and adult care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform procedures such destructions, incision and drainage, possible laceration repairs.
- Counsel families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Experience*
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to family practice.
- Experience working with children in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Previous experience in pediatrics or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications: Education Level: Master’s Degree in Nursing and a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.
Certification: National certification as a nurse practitioner by one of the following certifying bodies as appropriate for the available position.

* American Nurses Credentialing Center
Licensure: Licensure to practice in the State of Illinois; Controlled Substance License and DEA preferred.
