Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to manage and maintain electrical systems across two facilities in Warren, Ohio. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operation of electrical services while supporting plant-wide maintenance of various equipment including mechanical presses, steel slitters, material handling automation, and overhead cranes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, including experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and machine control systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating safety and automation features into existing equipment controls, as well as installing new 480V, 3-phase power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain 480V, 3-phase power for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade machine control systems using both relay and PLC logic.
- Integrate new safety, error-proofing, and automation features into current machine controls.
- Assist in plant-wide maintenance tasks related to mechanical presses, steel slitters, material handling automation, and overhead cranes.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC motors and drives.
- Experience with PLCs and relay logic for troubleshooting and upgrading machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with integrating safety and automation controls into existing equipment.
- Willingness to work scheduled overtime as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to relocate to Warren, Ohio, prior to the start date (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125K-$140K based on experience.
