Summary Job Description:
As advancements in technology continue to grow, technology staff is vital to our customer’s success. The Support Specialist will work closely with TVT’s management, HR and recruiting team to provide successful delivery of candidates to our customers. The position requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and attention to detail. The specialist will also provide backup support during peak times and absences, ensuring recruiting initiatives are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Assist the organization with a diverse range of administrative and recruitment tasks
- Processing, Posting, and prioritizing jobs
- Source candidates within the ATS, LinkedIn, and other resources including partners/subcontractors
- Review and QA candidate resumes, skill sheets and other paperwork for submittal to customer
- Calculate candidate compensation
- Coordinate candidate interviews and initiate reference/background checks
- Track and negotiate renewals with current and potential incumbents
- Maintain and provide daily updates of recruiting metrics
- Continuously review information and maintain data integrity in ATS and other repositories
- Outreach to diversity subcontractors and update ATS with new subcontracting partners
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, partners/subcontractors, and candidates
- Participate in virtual or in person meetings, and provide a positive candidate experience from first contact through post-hire
- Provide backup support during peak times and absences
Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Bullhorn a plus
