The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis function. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling the complexities of multi-entity budgeting and forecasting, with strong analytical skills to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Forecasting:
o Develop and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
o Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
2. Budgeting:
o Lead the annual budgeting process for multiple entities within the organization.
o Work closely with department heads to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget submissions.
o Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
3. Financial Modeling:
o Develop, update, and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives.
o Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
4. Multi-Entity Budgeting:
o Manage and coordinate the budgeting process across various business units and entities.
o Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting for all entities.
5. Short and Long-Range Financial Planning:
o Support the development of short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
o Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
o Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
7. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and drive business performance.
o Serve as a key financial advisor to senior management and department heads.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
· Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Base salary $110,000 to $125,000 base + bonus
