Softworld, a KELLY company, is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Operations Coordinator - Remote for a contract open with a well-known apparel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and personalized experiences across digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in improving the site experience, building brand loyalty, and driving revenue growth through innovative, data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, user experience optimization, and project management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and personalized experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Leverage digital analytics tools (Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics, Excel) to analyze user behavior and performance metrics, driving actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to ensure consistent messaging, site functionality, and smooth execution of digital strategies.
- Present data-driven insights and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating results and recommendations.
- Manage content updates and promotions within the e-commerce platform using content management systems (CMS), with a preference for Coremedia.
- Support loyalty programs and personalized content initiatives to enhance the customer journey and increase repeat purchases.
- Oversee project timelines and tasks using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, JIRA) to ensure timely and successful delivery of e-commerce projects.
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Experience with Digital Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics, and Excel to track and analyze user data and site performance.
- A/B and Multivariate Testing: Expertise in conducting tests to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage and influence executive leadership with clear, concise data-driven insights and recommendations.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with content management systems (Coremedia preferred).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
