- Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our hiring efforts. You'll work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage interview scheduling, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel for candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a first-class experience by greeting candidates and offering support throughout the process.
- Post-Offer Processes: Lead candidates through background checks and other post-offer steps.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and identify areas for enhancement.
