We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Contract Recruitment to join our team and drive our contract recruitment division to new heights.
Your expertise in recruitment, leadership, and client engagement will be instrumental in achieving our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the contract recruitment division, in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of contract recruiters to ensure they consistently meet and exceed their targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement best practices in recruitment and client engagement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and division success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of contract recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve and surpass goals.
- A track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM software- ideally Bullhorn
