Thermal Technical Specialist Responsibilities:
Deliver Big Chief customers product support with the best service. Primarily talking with industrial manufacturers maintenance and engineering teams in a diverse range of end markets, including staple consumer items, infrastructure, automotive, and building materials in Plastics Manufacturing.
Client Service
- Provide technical support by visiting facilities or by phone, troubleshooting with customers, mechanics, and engineers to diagnose issues, make solution recommendations, and offering products to meet their needs.
- Investigate and utilize resource materials to gain in-depth product knowledge for educating customers.
- Answer detailed questions about maintenance and mechanical performance applications, installation requirements, or project specifications with our thermal technology line of products.
Sales Support
- Process orders related to customer project solutions, and prompt follow-up about a product’s price, availability, or delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide actionable feedback.
- Coordinate product training with the suppliers for the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work onsite full-time in Cincinnati, OH, 45227.
- Available to travel 50% for thermal device audits onsite.
- Industrial machinery support with customer facing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Electrician or understanding of electrical components and their functions.
