THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
- Develop and lead the sales function, focusing on organic growth and generating new business.
- Build and implement a lead generation process from scratch.
- Actively sell the portfolio’s services by traveling within the territory (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois).
- Regularly engage with the estimation department to align sales with project capabilities.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts and manage relationships with long-term partners.

YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Proven track record of winning new business in metal bending or a closely related sector.
- Experience securing long-term contracts and face-to-face sales interactions.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the metal bending or structural steel industry is preferred.
- Experience of building a strong lead gen process.
- Related sectors include; Cambering, Coiling, Draw Bending, Architectural/Ornamental, Plate Rolling, Ram Bending, Roll Bending, Rotoform Bending, Structural Steel Welding, Welding, Serving Artwork, Transportation, Farming Equipment, Boiler Components, Food Processing, Chemicals/Steel Construction & Erection/Construction , Steel Mill and Electricals.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
