Booking Agent
Description:
Working directly with all other teams in our company, the booking agent is responsible for making our clients’ itineraries a reality. In this role you will receive a detailed outline of a client’s journey, book every aspect of their trip, communicate exceptionally with all involved parties, and finally provide a comprehensive and well-documented handoff to our Final Pack team. Responsibilities:
- Booking all aspects of a clients trip, including but not limited to: flights, hotels, trains, transfers, tours, ferries, etc

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Acute attention to detail and organizational expertise
- Excellent communication, collaboration and team-working skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Mac/Apple OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, communication softwares, and various CRMs
